Roy Holley

Managing Partner
Roy spent twelve years with FedEx in a variety of leadership roles which included Managing Director of Ground Operations and a member of the FedEx Leadership Institute, where he was responsible for corporate leadership development.

In 1993 he founded The Ridgway Institute to help leaders and organizations achieve sustainable health and strategic agility by understanding and applying the principles of "simplicity beyond complexity" at work in natural complex adaptive systems. He has served as Visiting Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Global Institute of Management and Economics and Surrey International Institute at Dongbei University of Finance & Economics in Dalian, China.

Michael O'Donnell

Executive Director of Experiential Learning
For over 3 decades Michael has been one of the world's most respected mountain guides and explorers. He is a Fellow of the prestigious New York Explorers Club and a gifted leadership and life coach with over a decade of international management experience. His keynote speeches have been recognized as powerful and unique experiences for business leaders.

In May 2001, O'Donnell and his team reached the summit of Mt. Everest. On this expedition, Michael was a guide for climber Erik Weihenmayer, the first blind man to reach the top of the world. In his leadership development, Michael applies the same passion and wisdom that produced this historic achievement to help leaders and their organizations reach new heights of performance.

Dwight Hopkins

Ph.D., Principal
Dwight Hopkins is Professor and Director of MA programs in the Divinity School at the University of Chicago and affiliate faculty in the Center for East Asian Studies. He has researched, taught and consulted extensively on international cross-cultural issues with a focus on aligning efforts around our common values and humanity to drive better performance results, while understanding and respecting our cultural diversity.

He has lectured in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and served as Visiting Professor on intercultural initiatives at the Surrey International Institute at Dongbei University in Dalian, China. His multidisciplinary approach to values-based leadership has driven him to work across a broad economic, political and cultural spectrum. He has written and published extensively in academic research, professional journals and is the author of several books.

Hank Grimmick

Managing Partner
Hank Grimmick has over 35 years of management and consulting experience. He has held a variety of senior level positions in the electronics and semiconductor industries. As an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Francisco he has taught graduate courses in strategic management and business.

For the past 20 years he has served on the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, helped to launch the California State Quality Award and serves on the Board of Judges. With a focus on sustainable balance and results, he has helped a number of multi-national organizations develop and implement long-term strategic initiatives.

Judith Rogala

Managing Partner
Judith has proven her leadership effectiveness at the most senior levels in a variety of markets and challenging business scenarios. As a Senior Vice-President at FedEx she led 23,000 employees and made a significant contribution to the company's growth from a 300 million dollar start-up to a 7 billion dollar global leader. Her responsibility included playing a leadership role in the successful integration of the FedEx and Flying Tiger leadership cultures and operations. As a President at ARAMARK she led a turnaround of the Uniform Services division to be the first company division to surpass $100M net profit while improving key people and service metrics.

She is the coauthor of Trust, Inc., and has mentored and coached many leaders to achieve more than they believed possible through a values-driven approach to leadership effectiveness. Her passion for leadership is reflected in her teaching as adjunct faculty in the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California.

Bill Catlette

Principal
Bill Catlette is a human resources consultant with 30 years of experience helping build highly successful organizations and the co-author of the "Contented Cows" leadership book series. He has worked in a variety of executive capacities, including at FedEx where as a Managing Director he was responsible for developing many of the Human Resource programs which enabled FedEx to become recognized as one of the nation's 5 Best Managed Companies (Forbes) and a perennial member of "Best Places to Work" and "Most Admired Companies" lists.

Since leaving Federal Express in 1989, Bill concentrates primarily on the areas of employee engagement, coaching high performing leaders and teams, and business strategy. With more than 5,000 hours addressing business leadership groups, Bill is also an accomplished speaker and seminar leader.
